Since the century's dawn, HYTF has successfully established China's first facility for producing chemical grade and electronic grade hydrogen chloride gas. With over 20 years of R&D experience, as well as collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and multiple universities, HYTF has achieved various electronic specialty gases purification technologies with independent intellectual property rights.

HYTF has established the leading innovation platform for electronic chemicals, equipped with advanced production lines. Relying on fully independent intellectual property rights, the 10,000 ton/year specialty gases and 4,000 ton/year lithium battery electrolyte additive project were completed and turned to use in 2024. 

Utilizing advanced energy-saving technologies such as multi-effect distillation and heat pump distillation demonstrates competitiveness of material consumption and operating cost indicators.

HYTF has pioneered the production of electronic grade hydrogen chloride gas in China. Also dedicated to the R&D, and production developing of various electronic specialty gases.
